Development Director (full-time salaried), Los Angeles office
BA, BSc. PTV has a full-time opportunity for a passionate and seasoned nonprofit development professional to lead, coordinate and grow a successful comprehensive fundraising program. The Development Director will oversee all private-sector fundraising and communications planning and efforts including foundation and business grant proposals, major gifts solicitation, individual donor cultivation and recognition, direct mail, special events, planned giving, and internet-based fundraising. Major responsibilities include identifying, cultivating and stewarding institutional and individual donors, writing grant proposals, elevating PTV’s visibility and brand, and managing events. PTV’s growth objective will be to increase individual support through major gifts and bequests. PTV has an experienced Executive Director, an active fundraising board, and engaged staff and volunteers to help the new Development Director take the organization to the next level.
