Your tax-deductible donation will help rebuild the lives of torture survivors who have stood up for freedom, democracy, and human dignity.
$5,000 can reunite a survivor of torture with his or her family.
$2,500 can provide one year of therapy sessions and medical services for a survivor of torture.
$1,000 can provide emergency services for our homeless clients.
$500 can provide a survivor of torture with an interpreter for one year of therapy sessions.
$250 can provide a month’s worth of transportation for a cleint and their family.
$100 can provide school books for children of PTV clients.
$50 can provide life-saving prescriptions to help PTV clients regain their health.

If you wish to donate by mail, please indicate the name(s) of the individual(s) to be honored or remembered, any information about the occasion (e.g. birthday, anniversary), and the name(s) and address(es) of the individual(s) that should receive acknowledgment of your donation. Join Ralph’s Community Contribution Program: you can enroll your Ralphs rewards card in the program and up to 4% of your purchases will be donated to PTV (with no charge to you).

1. Click “Sign In/ Register” (If you have an account sign in and continue to step 3)
2. If you do not have an account: follow the create account instructions. (If you do not receive the confirmation email with in a half an hour, attempt to sign in and then select to have the confirmation email resent) *
3. Once signed in click “Community Contribution Program” on lower left side of the page
4. Under “Participant” section at the bottom of the page, click “Enroll”
5. Select your card #
-enter PTV NPO code 90089 in section “Find Org”
-click “search”
-press button next to PTV
-click “save changes”
6. Review your account information. Confirm that PTV is listed under Community Rewards /“CommunityContribution Program”
Donate Goods
PTV welcomes donations of gift cards for practical items such as food, school supplies, and other family-based essentials.
If you wish to donate used clothing, please ensure that it is clean and in good condition.
PTV accepts gifts of cars, bicycles, modes of transportation to assist our clients in moving around in Los Angeles.
PTV also accepts gifts of computers, printers, other electronic goods that we give to our clients – many of whom are students.

Donate Professional Services
The in-kind donation of medical professional services provides PTV an estimated $170,000 in contributed services. To find out more about our medical professional volunteer program, please contact Maggie Shackelford at MShackelford@ptvla.org or at (213) 747-4944 x 252.
PTV also welcomes in-kind donations of printing, publicity, equipment, and other office essentials.
